Student’s Dormitory is designed to provide accommodation for bachelor and master students of the university, arrived from distant regions and towns of our country. Currently, the university has four nine-storied Student’s Dormitories, one three-storied Student’s Dormitory and two houses for young scientists and researchers. In the structure of National Research University "Tashkent Institute of Irrigation and Agricultural Mechanization Engineers" there is an individual student’s hostel with a developed infrastructure. With the aim of improving the life of students the Student’s Dormitories of National Research University "Tashkent Institute of Irrigation and Agricultural Mechanization Engineers" offer, computer classes with modern information technologies, spiritual rooms, sports grounds and Information- Resource Center, which  are provided in its branches as well.

Student’s Dormitories of the university were built in 1986-1987. They have been completely renovated and are being used till now. University is included in a targeted investment program for the construction of new student dormitories and the renovation of old buildings to provide placed for students to live. The offered dormitories for students are divided into corridors (with all facilities on the floor) and sectional-type rooms (a bathroom and a toilet for each section). On each floor of the dormitory there are 2 kitchens, equipped with electric stoves and refrigerators.

In order to create comfortable living conditions for students, there have been organized special rooms for disable-students at Student’s Dormitories, where there are different rooms such as rooms for independent activities, recreation rooms, gyms, rooms for ironing, laundries, sewing rooms, medical rooms and  computer rooms. In students dormitories of NRU "TIIAME" particular attention is paid to the safety of students. As part of the security program, video surveillance systems have been installed in all dormitories and the activities of preventive inspectors have been established.

The functions of managing university dormitories are assigned to the administration of student dormitories. In order to meaningfully organize students' free time and improve living conditions in student dormitories, nearly  100 specialists are employed (the director of the dormitory, educators, teachers, preventive inspectors, house managers, medical staff, plumbers, electricians, carpenters, security guards, gardeners and) work. To accommodate students in student dormitories, a platform ttj.tiiame.uz has been created, through which students can apply online for accommodation in student dormitories and, based on their application, a room will be allocated.

In our country, human dignity is one of the priorities of the state policy to ensure its rights and interests.

"Tashkent Institute of Irrigation and Agricultural Mechanization Engineers" National Research University has created favorable conditions for supporting students with disabilities and actively involving them in social and political life.

There are standard ramps with two-way handrails next to the stairs of each building in the student residences. The doors of the building have two layers.

Students with disabilities are accommodated in special rooms from the first floor. Comfortable and necessary conditions have been created in the room. Toilets are equipped with special devices.

Rector of the National Research University "Tashkent Institute of Irrigation and Agricultural Mechanization Engineers" Bahadir Mirzayev provided electric wheelchairs for students with disabilities in the student residence and meals prepared in the University kitchen are constantly being distributed.

 Students Dormitory № 1

The Students' Dormitory № 1 of the university was built and started it’s activity in 1986, its total area is 1007 m2. The address of Student’s Dormitory: Tashkent city, Yunusabad district, 1 a, Asia street. There are 176 rooms in Student’s Dormitory and it consists of 9 floors in total. The student’s dormitory has a capacity of 350 beds and nowadays there are male students there from ‘‘Hydrotechnical Construction ’’Faculty.

Administration of Student’s Dormitory

Manager of the building: Aliyev Rakhmon Kozievich was born on January 7, 1976 in Kogon district, Bukhara region. Since September 2022, he has been working as the head of the Student’s Dormitory № 1 of  NRU"TIIAME".

Educator-teacher : Asrorova Makhfuza Ashurovna was born on May 19, 1971, in  Kitab district of Kashkadarya region. In January 2022, NRU"TIIAME". Since October 2022, she has been working as an educator-teacher in the Student’s Dormitory № 1.

Guards of Students' Dormitory № 1:

Jorayeva Marguba Tajibaevna was born on March 30, 1972, in Yunusabad district, Tashkent city. Since February 2023, she has been working as a security guard at the Students' Dormitory № 1 of NRU"TIIAME".

Musaev Abdumalik Samadovich was born on January 31, 1960, in Tashkent. Since September 2022, he has been working as a security guard at the 1st student residence of NRU"TIIAME". Abdukadyrov Mukhiddin Gulyamovich was born on May 28, 1960, in the regional district. Since September 2022, he has been working as a security guard at the 1st student residence of  university.

Students Dormitory № 2

Students Dormitory № 2 of the university was built and put into operation in 1986, with its total area is 9253 m2. Student’s Dormitory address:  2 Asiya street, Yunusabad district, Tashkent city. Student’s Dormitory consists of 9 floors and has a total of 334 rooms. The 1st floor of the Student’s Dormitory is used for foreign students, studying at the university, where there is a library and computer rooms, which are  organized for spending students' free time effectively. Rooms in all other floors are distributed to students.  Each room has a separate toilet and bathroom, 2 kitchens on each floor. Student’s Dormitory is designed for 830 places, where students of "Agricultural Mechanization","Ecology and Law" and "Hydrotechnical construction" faculties are allocated to different rooms. Currently,  living at the dormitory.

1. Manager of the dormitory: Normatov Iskandar Saidovich was born on September 6, 1979 in Kashkadarya region. Since October 2022, he has been working as the head of the 2nd building of the Student’s Dormitory of university.
2. Educator-Teacher: Mukhrimbaeva Surayo Mirkhamitovna was born on March 27, 1965 in Yunusabad district of Tashkent city. Since March 2023, she has been working as an educator-teacher at Student’s Dormitory № 2 of the university.
3. Student’s Dormitory quilter: Mannonova Nigora Saidbakievna was born on March 16, 1971 in Sabir Rakhimov district, Tashkent city. Since 2013, he has been working at TIIAME. Since September 2022, she has been working as a bed maker at Student’s Dormitory № 2 of the university.

1. Yuldoshev Sobirzhon Turgunboevevich was born on September 2, 1968 in Okdarya district of Samarkand region. Since October 2022, he has been working as a security guard at the Student’s Dormitory № 2 of university.
2. Usmanova Mahmuda Khasanovna was born on February 13, 1968 in  Yunusabad district ,Tashkent city. Since 2016, he has been working as a security guard at the Students Dormitory № 2  of university.

Students Dormitory № 3

Students Dormitory № 3 of the university was built and put into operation in 1987, its total area is 9253 m2.  Student’s Dormitory address: 3,Asiya street, Yunusabad district, Tashkent city. The dormitory consists of 9 floors and has a total of 334 rooms. On the 1st floor of Student’s Dormitory there are tailoring studios and a  club for students. Student’s Dormitory has a Medical Department, where students can receive treatment in terms of facing health problems. In order support  students in organizing effectively their free time, different opportunities are provided for the the students' use, such as a library on the 2nd floor, a canteen on the 3rd floor, computer classes on the 4th and 5th floors. The rest of the rooms are used by students with all conviniences. Each room has a separate toilet and bathroom, there are 2 kitchens on each floor. The student dormitory is designed for only 840 places, currently the students of "Energy", "Economics" and "Land Resources and Cadastre" faculties are living there.

2. Educator -teacher: Torakulova Nurkhan Bakhadyrovna was born on March 3, 1964 in Buka district,Tashkent region. Since September 2022, she has been working as an educator-teacher at the Student’s Dormitory № 3 of university.
3. Students’ Dormitory quilter: Gazieva Dilfuza Saidakromovna was born on March 6, 1967 in Yunusabad district, Tashkent city. NRU ‘‘TIIAME’’ has been working at university since 2018. Since September 2022, she has been working as a bed maker at the Student’s Dormitory № 3 of university".

1. Akhmedova Zukhra Yuldashevna was born on October 1, 1969 in Almazar district,Tashkent city. Since 2020, he has been working as a security guard at the Student’s Dormitory № 3 of university.
2. Sobirova Inobat Sabitovna was born on August 16, 1963 in Lenin district, Shymkent region of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Since 2013, he has been working as a security guard Student’s Dormitory № 3 of university.
3. Yoldesheva Aigul Normuhammadovna was born on June 5, 1981 in Chinoz district, Tashkent region. Since October 2022, he has been working as a security guard at the Student’s Dormitory № 3 of university.

Students Dormitory № 4

The Students’ Dormitory № 4 of the university was built and put into operation in 1987, its total area is 9253 m2. Students’ Dormitory address: 4, Asiya street, Yunusabad district, Tashkent city. The Dormitory consists of 9 floors and there are 332 rooms in total there. The 1st floor of the student dormitory serves as a hotel for the stationary teaching staff and it includes Student’s library and Medical Department for students for taking medications when needed. With the aim of organizing the leisure time of students effectively, there is a computer class, opened in the foyer of the 2nd floor. In the rest of the floors there are rooms for students. Each room has a separate toilet and bathroom, there are 2 kitchens on each floor. The student dormitory is designed for 830 places and currently students of  ‘‘Hydromelioration’’ Faculty, Master's Department and students of the  ‘‘Hydrotechnical construction’’ Faculty are living there.

1. Manager of the Dormitory: Yoldoshev Torabek Koldoshevich was born on November 24, 1973, in Chinoz district, Tashkent region. Since September 2022, he has been working as the manager of Student’s Dormitory № 4 of university.
2. Educator-teacher: Mukhrimbayeva Ziroat Kabirovna was born on May 9, 1972 in Yunusabad district, Tashkent city. Since September 2022, she has been working as an educator-teacher at the Student’s Dormitory № 4 of university.
3. Students’s Dormitory № 4 quilter: Norbutayeva Muhayo Chulievna was born on March 8, 1975 in Pakhtachi district, Samarkand region. Since November 2020, she has been working as a bed maker at the Students’ Dormitory № 4 of university.

1. Khusanova Gulsara Mirpulatovna was born on August 11, 1964 in  Yunusabad district, Tashkent city. Since September 2019, he has been working as a security guard at the Student’s Dormitory № 4 of university.
2. Tolaganova Malika Tajibaevna was born on October 19, 1973 in  Tashkent district, Tashkent region. Since September 2019, he has been working as a security guard at the Student’s Dormitory № 4 of university.
3. Saribaev Khasan Shamsiddinovich was born on January 28, 1991 in Chinoz district,Tashkent region. He has been working at university since 2013. Currently he is working as a security guard at the Students’ Dormitory № 4 of university.

5-Talabalar turar joyi haqida ma’lumot

The Students Dormitory № 5 of the university was built and put into operation in 1953, its total area is 983 m2. Student’s Dormitory address: 3-berk, Khalkabad street, Yunusabad district, Tashkent city. Student’s Dormitory consists of 3 floors and  there are 85 rooms there. The student dormitory is designed for 300 places, currently it is serving to  male students of ‘‘Land Resources and Cadastre’’ Faculty.

1. The manager of the dormitory: Temirov Zafar was born on November 27, 1983 in Pop district, Namangam region. Since March 2023, he has been working as the manager of Student’s Dormitory № 5 of university.
2. Educator-teacher: Islamova Shoira Alijonovna was born on June 1, 1985 in Mirzo-Ulugbek district, Tashkent city. Since February 2021, she has been working as an educator-teacher at the Students Dormitory № 5 of university.
3. Students Dormitory № 5 teacher: Berdiyeva Marguba Eshankulovna was born on December 10, 1976 in Kamashiy district, Kashkadarya region. Since September 2021, she has been working as a bed maker at the Student’s Dormitory № 5 of university.
