Transfer study

Transfers from full-time education to:

• daytime;

• external;

• evening (shift).


It is not possible to transfer from full-time education to special correspondence.

Outside education is allowed:

• daytime;

• part-time (only within one field of study);

• evening (shift).


It is not possible to transfer from extramural education to special extramural education.

Evening education is allowed:

• evening education (only within one field of study);

• daytime.

It is not possible to transfer from evening education to extramural and special extramural education.


Transfer from special part-time education to special part-time education within one field of study is permitted. It is not possible to transfer to another form of education, in turn, the request to transfer from other forms of education to special absenteeism is also a reason for refusal.


In addition, targeted admissions cannot transfer to another field of study or form of education, to another higher education institution. Deadlines for transferring studies

Transferring and restoring the reading is carried out in the following 9 steps. These are the following:

According to the autumn semester


Phase 1: Until June 15


A working group will be established in the regions.


From July 2:15 to August 5


Accepting applications from students. This year, applications will be accepted online through the edu.uz website.


3: From August 5 to August 30


A decision is made on the applications and a response letter is sent to the citizen. 4: September 2nd to September 10th


If the transfer (restoration) issue is resolved positively, by order of the rector of the higher education institution, the student will be placed in classes, and a questionnaire will be sent to the higher education institution where the student previously studied to send his personal collection folder.


5: Until October 1


An order for admission to the ranks of students will be issued after the contract holders have made the payment on time.


By spring semester


6: From January 15th to January 25th


Accepting applications from students


7: From January 25 to February 15


A decision is made on the applications and a response letter is sent to the citizen. 8:15 a.m. to 25 February


If the issue of transfer is positively resolved in the spring semester with valid reasons, the student will be placed in classes by order of the rector of the higher education institution, and a questionnaire will be sent to the higher education institution where the student previously studied to send his personal summary file.


9: Until March 1


An order for admission to the ranks of students will be issued after the contract holders have made the payment on time.


In the following cases, transfer of students' studies is carried out on the basis of the decision of the ministry (department) to which the higher education institution receiving the student is subordinate:


• to another higher education institution within the framework of one ministry (department) in the appropriate and similar areas of higher education and appropriate specialties;


• from one higher education institution to another higher education institution within the framework of different ministries (departments) in the appropriate and similar areas of higher education and appropriate specialties.


In the following cases, transfer of students' studies is carried out by the decision of the State Commission:


• from accredited higher education institutions of foreign countries to higher education institutions of the Republic of Uzbekistan;


• within the framework of one higher education institution or higher education institutions within the same ministry or department or different ministries and agencies to higher education courses that are not related to each other and specialties that are exceptionally incompatible.


The following cases are grounds for rejection of a citizen's application for transfer and resumption of studies:


• to those who studied in non-accredited higher education institutions of foreign countries or their branches;


• to those who studied in a different (different) form of education from the existing form of education in higher education institutions of the republic;


• to those who studied in the centers, departments, training-advisory centers, etc. of higher educational institutions;


• to transfer studies to the first semester of the first year if the first semester has not been completed (with the exception of cases where the student is on academic leave due to illness, cases of transfer when the studied field of study is not available);


• if there is no suitable (cognate) educational direction (specialty) or form of education in the higher educational institution;


• when the differences in the general professional and specialty (specialty) subjects in the model curricula exceed 4 points;


• when those recommended to study on the basis of a payment contract do not make the payment within the specified period;


• when the student's personal summary folder (academic reference) is not submitted within the specified time;


• transfer to a higher education institution on the basis of a state grant and restoration on the basis of a state grant if there are no vacancies within the number of students (admission quotas);


• when the capacity of the material and technical base of the higher education institution is limited;


• targeted admissions to another educational field or form of education, to another higher education institution;
