UNDERGRADUATE ADMISSION

Admission to the bachelor's degree of higher education institutions of the Republic is carried out in accordance with the Regulation on the procedure for admission of students to the bachelor's degree of higher education institutions, approved by the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers dated June 20, 2017 No. 393. Admission of students to full-time, part-time, special correspondence and evening (shift) forms of education of higher educational institutions State Commission for admission to educational institutions of the Republic of Uzbekistan (hereinafter referred to as the State Commission ) is carried out according to the rating system of points collected according to the results of entrance exams (tests, professional (creative) exam, written exam).

Admission to higher education institutions is carried out on the basis of equal rights for all (both grants and fee-contracts), uniform admission rules and uniform selection. the right to be admitted in line is ensured. The rest of the applicants have the right to be accepted within the payment-contract quotas established on the basis of the rating of test scores. Tests are conducted by the State Test Center under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan (hereinafter referred to as the State Test Center). Tests are held in three languages ​​- Uzbek, Russian, in the Karakalpak language at higher educational institutions in the Republic of Karakalpakstan. Applications for admission of applicants to higher education institutions will be accepted from June 15 to July 15 (the same day), and for the State Conservatory of Uzbekistan from June 15 to July 10 (the same day).


The applicant submits the following documents to the admission committee of the higher education institution:

  • an application indicating the direction of education, the language of instruction, the form (in the application, the fact that he graduated from a higher education institution or does not have a higher education, in which foreign language he will take the test, those who have a military recommendation, his number and the second higher education institution selected, indicating the direction of education and being familiar with the rules for conducting tests and filling out the answer sheets correctly);
  • Original copies of a document on completion of general secondary education (on the basis of 11th grade) or a document on completion of secondary special vocational education institution and its appendix;
  • Copy of passport (birth certificate for those under 16);
  • a relevant document granting a privilege for admission to study (if any).

Additional professional (creative) exams are held along with tests in some areas of higher education. From July 11 to July 20, before the professional (creative) exams, there will be a single multi-point evaluation system in the range from 0 to 100 percent of the maximum number of points provided for it, depending on the place of the subject in the test sets. is carried out according to Tests are held every year from August 1 to August 15 for full-time, extramural, special extramural and evening (shift) forms of education, as a rule, in two shifts a day. The results of the tests approved in the prescribed manner on whether or not the applicants are recommended for studentship will be published on the official website of the State Test Center the day after the test.
