To ensure that food and beverages
meet the required standards, the university's Occupational Safety and Health
Technical Management Unit (UPT K3L) carries out regular inspections of the
campus canteens. This unit focuses on food safety, hygiene, and sanitation by
educating food providers on best practices, including food handling, proper
cooking techniques, and the physical conditions of food service facilities.
