Student’s Dormitory is designed to provide accommodation for bachelor and master students of the university, arrived from distant regions and towns of our country. Currently, the university has four nine-storied Student’s Dormitories, one three-storied Student’s Dormitory and two houses for young scientists and researchers. In the structure of National Research University "Tashkent Institute of Irrigation and Agricultural Mechanization Engineers" there is an individual student’s hostel with a developed infrastructure. With the aim of improving the life of students the Student’s Dormitories of National Research University "Tashkent Institute of Irrigation and Agricultural Mechanization Engineers" offer, computer classes with modern information technologies, spiritual rooms, sports grounds and Information- Resource Center, which  are provided in its branches as well. Student’s Dormitories of the university were built in 1986-1987. They have been completely renovated and are being used till now. University is included in a targeted investment program for the construction of new student dormitories and the renovation of old buildings to provide placed for students to live. The offered dormitories for students are divided into corridors (with all facilities on the floor) and sectional-type rooms (a bathroom and a toilet for each section). On each floor of the dormitory there are 2 kitchens, equipped with electric stoves and refrigerators.

In order to create comfortable living conditions for students, there have been organized special rooms for disable-students at Student’s Dormitories, where there are different rooms such as rooms for independent activities, recreation rooms, gyms, rooms for ironing, laundries, sewing rooms, medical rooms and  computer rooms. In students dormitories of NRU "TIIAME" particular attention is paid to the safety of students. As part of the security program, video surveillance systems have been installed in all dormitories and the activities of preventive inspectors have been established. The functions of managing university dormitories are assigned to the administration of student dormitories. In order to meaningfully organize students' free time and improve living conditions in student dormitories, nearly  100 specialists are employed (the director of the dormitory, educators, teachers, preventive inspectors, house managers, medical staff, plumbers, electricians, carpenters, security guards, gardeners and) work. To accommodate students in student dormitories, a platform ttj.tiiame.uz has been created, through which students can apply online for accommodation in student dormitories and, based on their application, a room will be allocated. In our country, human dignity is one of the priorities of the state policy to ensure its rights and interests.

"Tashkent Institute of Irrigation and Agricultural Mechanization Engineers" National Research University has created favorable conditions for supporting students with disabilities and actively involving them in social and political life. There are standard ramps with two-way handrails next to the stairs of each building in the student residences. The doors of the building have two layers. Students with disabilities are accommodated in special rooms from the first floor. Comfortable and necessary conditions have been created in the room. Toilets are equipped with special devices. Rector of the National Research University "Tashkent Institute of Irrigation and Agricultural Mechanization Engineers" Bahadir Mirzayev provided electric wheelchairs for students with disabilities in the student residence and meals prepared in the University kitchen are constantly being distributed. STUDENTS DORMITORY № 1

The 1st student residence of the university was built and commissioned in 1986, its total area is 1007 m2. The address of the student residence is 1a, Asia street, Yunusabad district, Tashkent city. The student residence consists of 9 floors and has a total of 176 rooms. The student accommodation is designed for a total of 352 places, and currently students of the "Faculty of Hydrotechnical Construction", "Ecology and Law" and Master's degree students live there.

Building sheeter: Dzhorayeva Marguba Tajibayevna was born on March 30, 1972 in the city of Tashkent, Tashkent region.

STUDENTS DORMITORY № 2

The 2nd student residence of the university was built and commissioned in 1986, its total area is 9253 m2. The address of the student residence is 2 Asiya street, Yunusabad district, Tashkent city. The student residence consists of 9 floors and has a total of 334 rooms. The 1st floor of the student residence is used for foreign students studying at the university, and library and computer rooms are organized in order to meaningfully organize students' free time. The rest of the floors are full of students. Each room has a separate toilet and washroom, 2 kitchens on each floor. The student residence is designed for a total of 612 places and currently houses the students of the "Agricultural Mechanization" and "Ecology and Law" faculties.

STUDENTS DORMITORY № 3

The 3rd student residence of the university was built and commissioned in 1987, its total area is 9253 m2. The address of the student residence is 3 Asiya street, Yunusabad district, Tashkent city. The student residence consists of 9 floors and has a total of 334 rooms. The 1st floor of the student residence has a tailoring shop and a tailoring club for students. A medical center for students is also organized in TTJ, where students receive medical treatment. In order to meaningfully organize students' free time, a library on the 2nd floor, a fine dining hall on the 3rd floor, and computer rooms on the 4th and 5th floors are organized in the foyers of the floors. The rest of the floors are full of students. Each room has a separate toilet and washroom. There are 2 kitchens on each floor. The student accommodation is designed for a total of 612 places and currently houses students of the "Energy", "Economy" and "Ecology and Law" faculties.

3-Student residence administration

1. Building manager: Temirov Zafar was born on November 27, 1983 in Pop district of Namangam region.

2. Educator Educator: Mukhrimbayeva Ziroat Kabirovna was born on May 9, 1972 in the city of Tashkent, Tashkent region.

3. TTJ quilter: Gaziyeva Dilfuza Saidakromovna was born on March 6, 1967 in Yunusabad district of Tashkent city.

STUDENTS DORMITORY № 4

The 4th student residence of the university was built and commissioned in 1987, its total area is 9253 m2. The address of the student residence is 4 Asiya Street, Yunusabad District, Tashkent. The student residence consists of 9 floors and has a total of 332 rooms. The 1st floor of the student residence is used as a hotel for in-service training staff, and on the 1st floor there is a library for students and a medical center for students, where students receive medical treatment. In order to meaningfully organize students' free time, a computer room has been organized in the 2nd floor foyer. The rest of the floors are full of students. Each room has a separate toilet and shower, each floor has 2 kitchens. The student accommodation is designed for a total of 612 places and is currently home to female students of the "Hydromelioration" faculty and the "Land Resources and Cadastre" faculty.

4-Student residence administration

1. Building manager: Soliyev Talib Iskandarovich was born on February 24, 1965 in Okdarya district of Samarkand region. Since October 2023, he has been working as the building manager of the 4th student residence building of "TIQXMMI" MTU.

2. Educator Educator: Mukhrimbayeva Surayyo Mirkhamitovna was born on March 27, 1965 in Yunusabad district of Tashkent city. Since September 2023, he has been working as an educator and pedagogue in the 2nd student residence of "TIQXMMI" MTU.

3. TTJ quilter: Norbutayeva Muhayyo Chuliyevna was born on March 8, 1975 in Pakhtachi district of Samarkand region.

STUDENTS DORMITORY № 5

The 5th student residence of the university was built and commissioned in 1953, its total area is 983 m2. The address of the student residence is Khalqabad 3-berk street, Yunusabad district, Tashkent city. The student residence consists of the 3rd floor and has 85 rooms in total. The student accommodation is designed for 300 places, and currently male students of the Faculty of "Land Resources and Cadastre" live there.

5-Student residence administration

1. Building manager: Islamova Shoira Alijonovna was born on June 1, 1985 in Mirzo Ulugbek district of Tashkent city. Since November 2023, the 5th student residence has been working as a building manager.

2. TTJ Tea Party member: Berdiyeva Marguba Eshankulovna was born on December 10, 1976 in Qamashi District, Kashkadarya Region.

ACCOMMODATION FOR YOUNG SCIENTISTS AND DOCTORAL STUDENTS

   The houses of young scientists and doctoral students of university were built and put into operation in 1972 and 1977, their total area is 5847 m2 (House № 6 for young scientists and doctoral students, which is  2900 m2 and House № 7 for young scientists and doctoral students, which is 2947 m2). Address of the house of young scientists and doctoral students: Chingiz Aitmatov street, 1a, Yunusabad district, Tashkent city. Houses of young scientists and doctoral students consist of 2 buildings, which is four-storied including 352 rooms in total. According to the conclusion of the commission of the working group on providing temporary housing for young scientists, doctoral students and employees, on the basis of applications written to the rector of the university by young scientists and doctoral students working at the university without a permanent residence in Tashkent, the houses of young scientists and doctoral students will be placed in  "Houses for young scientists and doctoral students’’. Currently, there are more than 400 doctoral students and young scientists that reside at  the "Houses of young scientists and doctoral students" of university.

Administration of Houses of young scientists and doctoral students:

Head of the building: Ravshanova Dilbar Ismailovna was born on July 11, 1970 in  Chirakchi district of Kashkadarya region. She has been working at university since 2004. Since September 2022, he has been working as the head of building of  "House of Young Scientists and Doctoral Students" of university. 

THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE ADDITIONAL STUDENTS DORMITORY

     As part of the Presidential Decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan N. 42, dated December 10, 2021, with the aim of creating conditions for students of National Research University "Tashkent Institute of Irrigation and Agricultural Mechanization Engineers", particularly for 500 users, (that places 50  foreign guests and  450 students), planned to build a modern Student Dormitory  for 800 places with all conviniences.
