·         Mitigate the impacts of climate change in Tashkent.

Jakhongirmirzo Mirzoqobulov

Chairman of the People's Deputies Council of Bektemir District on a voluntary basis and a member of the Ecological Party.

As part of his deputy program, he focuses on:

·         Providing the public with reliable and regular information on air quality and climate change.

·         Promoting climate change adaptation strategies.

·         Ensuring the creation of a sustainable ecological zone along the Chirchiq River and maintaining ecological balance in the area.

These efforts demonstrate his dedication to fostering environmental awareness and advancing sustainable practices.



Such collaborations play a significant role in increasing young people's interest in environmental issues and engaging them in practical activities. The partnership between the Ecological Party of Uzbekistan (O‘EP) and TIIAME is expected to further contribute to new initiatives in the fields of ecological education and advocacy in the future.
