The First-Year Student Orientation Program continues

On September 8, 2026 an orientation meeting was organized for first-year students of the Faculty of Agricultural Mechanization at the “Tashkent Institute of Irrigation and Agricultural Mechanization Engineers” National Research University.
During the meeting, students were provided with information about the faculty’s academic programs, the educational process, the content of their respective specialties, and future career opportunities.
In addition, the Head of the Department for Work with Talented Students introduced participants to opportunities for taking part in scientific and innovative projects, startups, competitions, scholarship programs, and grant initiatives. The students were also familiarized with the University’s Code of Ethics and internal regulations.
As part of the event, first-year students visited the University Library, where they became acquainted with the available literature, electronic information resources, and opportunities to access educational and scientific materials.
This event is intended to help students adapt more quickly to university life, make effective use of the opportunities available to them, and actively participate in academic and scientific activities.
