Seminar-training was held on the use of the Career.edu.uz platform

A seminar-training on the use of the EduCareer (career.edu.uz) platform was organized with the aim of effectively organizing students’ industrial and professional internships, developing their practical skills, and digitalizing the processes related to ensuring graduates’ employment.
The seminar was attended by heads of departments responsible for training specialists in various fields, staff members responsible for internships, and employees of the Student Internship Department.
Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs B. Khudayarov provided information about the electronic platform, which enables the organization of professional internship and graduate employment processes through digital technologies.
Head of the Student Internship Department Kh. Hayitov provided practical guidance on the effective use of the platform, including entering internship-related information, preparing and submitting agreements electronically, uploading internship programs, and monitoring internship processes online.
The participants also received detailed explanations on the following areas:
preparing internship agreements electronically with partner enterprises and organizations and submitting them through the platform;
uploading internship programs to the platform accurately and on time;
developing a database of university staff and academic personnel and assigning them to the system as internship supervisors;
digitally monitoring students’ internship processes;
monitoring graduates’ employment indicators online through the platform;
identifying graduates who have not yet secured employment and establishing a targeted support system for them;
connecting graduates with employer enterprises and organizations and assisting them in securing suitable employment opportunities.
At the conclusion of the training seminar, participants acquired practical skills in effectively using the functional capabilities of the Career.edu.uz platform, organizing internship processes in a transparent and systematic manner, and supporting graduate employment.
The effective implementation of this system will enable the university to strengthen the connection between student internships and employers, improve the quality of internships, and monitor graduate employment processes online.
