Training Courses began in the Republic of Karakalpakstan

Training courses have begun in the Republic of Karakalpakstan as part of efforts to implement Resolution No. PD-122 of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated April 2, 2026, prepare thoroughly for the cotton harvesting season, and train qualified machine operators capable of efficiently using modern agricultural machinery.
Within the framework of the letter No. 01/14-1911 of the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated August 2, 2026, theoretical and practical training sessions are being held at the Karakalpak Institute of Agriculture and Agrotechnologies from August 10 to 15.
The training sessions are being conducted at the institute and the Beruniy Agrotechnologies Technical School, with the participation of professors and instructors, as well as representatives of Türkiye’s “Cansa,” the United States’ “John Deere,” and China’s “Boshiran” and “FM World.”
Participants are receiving theoretical and practical training on the design and operating principles of cotton-picking machines, safety requirements, daily technical maintenance, and the disassembly, assembly, and adjustment of harvesting units.
These training courses will help prepare qualified machine operators who can use modern agricultural machinery efficiently and safely during the cotton harvesting season, contributing to the timely and high-quality harvesting of the crop.
