Implementation of the Resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. PD-122 of April 2, 2026

In order to effectively implement Clause 19 of Appendix 5 to the Resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. PD-122, dated April 2, 2026, “On Measures to Further Improve the System of Training Engineers for the Agriculture and Water Management Sectors,” a practical visit was organized in the Kashkadarya region by the faculty members of the Department of Pumping Stations and Hydroelectric Power Stations.
In accordance with the approved roadmap, a scientific and practical seminar was held at the Qarshi Main Canal Management Department and the Talimarjan Reservoir. The seminar focused on issues related to the operation of large reservoirs, the modernization of pumping units, and conducting energy audits aimed at improving energy efficiency.
The seminar was attended by specialists from the management department, faculty members of the department, and representatives of the industry. Participants exchanged views and presented practical proposals on the efficient use of water management facilities, enhancing the reliability of pumping stations, and ensuring energy efficiency and energy conservation.
