Field research activities are being conducted

Field research activities have been carried out by young researchers of our university within the framework of scientific research grants and practical projects.
The research is being conducted under the practical project titled “Establishing Climate-Resilient Agriculture through the Integration of Remote Sensing, Meteorological Data, and Geo-AI Methods” (Project No. AL-8424012339), signed on December 27, 2024, with the Innovation Development Agency under the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
In addition, the activities are implemented within the framework of the scientific research grant titled “Supporting Organic and Conventional Farming through Geospatial Methods” (Grant No. AL-6222052520), concluded with the “TIIAME” National Research University.
The studies were conducted in wheat and cotton fields located in the educational-experimental farm area of the “TIIAME” National Research University in the Sofoqoltin massif of the Orta Chirchiq district.
During the research process, the spectral characteristics of crop types were identified using modern spectroradiometer technology. The mechanical composition and fertility levels of the soil were also studied, and efforts were made to create a database based on the collected data.
