Master Class on “Mechanisms for engaging youth in higher education” held by faculty members of “TIIAME” National Research University

A practical master class aimed at engaging young people in higher education and improving their knowledge and skills in career selection was organized at School No. 29, located in Galabotir neighborhood of O‘rta Chirchiq district, Tashkent region.
The school principal, Umarov Bakhtiyor Umarovich, participated in the event and emphasized the importance of higher education institutions in helping young people acquire modern knowledge and become qualified professionals contributing to the development of the country.
The master class was conducted for 11th-grade students by faculty members of the “Irrigation and Melioration” department of “TIIAME” National Research University I. Begmatov, Sh. Botirov, and M. Hayitova.
During the event, students were provided with detailed information about the importance of irrigation and melioration in today’s world, efficient use of water resources, the application of innovative technologies in agriculture, and modern professions in the field.
In addition, participants were informed about the opportunities created at the university, academic programs, student conditions, and future labor market demands.
The meeting was held in an interactive format, including Q&A sessions, practical examples, and engaging presentations. Students received detailed answers from specialists to their questions and valuable guidance on future educational pathways.
Such educational events are important as they increase young people’s interest in science, guide them toward conscious career choices, and contribute to the training of highly qualified specialists in the country.
