“Deans Cup” -a celebration of sports and unity

On May 14 , 2026 the traditional “Deans Cup” competition was held among students of the Energy Faculty of the "Tashkent Institute of Irrigation and Agricultural Mechanization Engineers" National Research University. The event took place in a highly energetic and uplifting atmosphere.
The competition was organized with the aim of effectively utilizing students’ free time, increasing their interest in sports, and strengthening team unity and cooperation.
Participation and Competition
A total of thirteen teams composed of active and sports-oriented students from the faculty participated in the tournament. Each match was intense and full of competitive spirit, featuring unforgettable moments and strong rivalries.
On the field, not only the pursuit of victory was evident, but also friendship, mutual respect, and a true sports environment.
The final matches, which captivated the audience, showcased the teams’ skills, speed, and strong teamwork.

3rd place — Group 206 team
2nd place — Group 102 team
1st place (overall winner) — Group 103 students

Several students stood out with their exceptional performance and sports skills, earning special awards:

“Top Scorer” — Ibotov Khamidullo
Conclusion
The “Dekan Cup” once again demonstrated that sports is not only about physical fitness but also about developing determination, ambition, and a sense of unity among young people. Such competitions play an important role in promoting a healthy lifestyle and revealing students’ talents and potential.
