A practical seminar and exhibition event dedicated to developing the agricultural sector in Sirdaryo Region through innovative technologies was held. The event was organized jointly by Sirdaryo Regional Administration and the “TIIAME” National Research University, with the participation of district administration officials, clusters, specialists from the water management system, and experts from the agro-industrial sector.
During the seminar, discussions focused on increasing efficiency in agriculture, rational use of resources, and the broad introduction of modern technologies. Participants were presented with drone services, a mobile land reclamation laboratory, energy-saving technologies, effective methods of using biofertilizers, and sensor systems for monitoring soil moisture.
In particular, the practical demonstration of innovative developments generated great interest among the participants. Specialists provided detailed information about the advantages of modern technologies and their importance in agriculture.
In addition, within the framework of the event, a memorandum of cooperation was signed between the Governor of Sirdaryo Region and the Rector of the university. This agreement will serve to widely introduce scientific developments in the regions, implement innovative projects in practice, and further strengthen cooperation in the sector.
