“Duty, courage, resilience” – a festive event dedicated to memory and respect

On May 6, 2026 a high-level spiritual and educational event titled “Duty, Courage, Resilience” was organized by the Faculty of Agricultural Mechanization of the "Tashkent Institute of Irrigation and Agricultural Mechanization Engineers" National Research University, in connection with May 9 – “Remembrance and Appreciation Day.”
The event brought together the university administration, professors, students, and veteran teachers. The memory of ancestors who sacrificed their lives for the prosperity of the Motherland and the peace of the people was honored with deep respect.
During the celebration, special attention was given to the bravery, resilience, and invaluable contributions of World War II participants and labor veterans, whose efforts laid the foundation for today’s peaceful and stable life. Students presented theatrical performances, musical compositions, and patriotic songs, which added a special emotional and spiritual atmosphere to the event.
The program left a strong impression on the university community, serving not only as a celebration but also as an important spiritual and educational gathering that highlights peace, human dignity, and the value of life.
