An important meeting dedicated to the introduction of digital technologies and modern agro-innovations was held at Guliston District Administration in the Syrdarya region.
The meeting was attended by the following officials:
Mukhriddin Khotamov, Advisor to the Governor of Guliston District on the development of digital technologies and artificial intelligence
Sardor Otbassarov, Deputy Governor of Guliston District for agriculture and water management
Normat Khasanovich Durdiyev, Advisor to the Governor of Syrdarya Region on agriculture and water management, Doctor of Agricultural Sciences, Associate Professor
During the meeting, issues related to the application of advanced technologies in agriculture were discussed.
In particular:
The use of drone technologies for precise and efficient spraying of suspensions (fertilizers and plant protection products) on crop fields
Early detection of plant stress conditions through multispectral analysis
Mapping areas lagging in vegetation development using remote sensing methods
It was emphasized that these innovative approaches play an important role in ensuring efficient use of resources, increasing crop yields, and maintaining the sustainability of agro-ecosystems.
The participants also discussed future cooperation on implementing these technologies in the region as pilot projects and expanding their scientific and practical outcomes.
