April 21 - a day rich in history, memories, and sincere meetings

On April 2, 2026 another unforgettable event took place in the life of our university. Distinguished alumni who studied at the Faculty of Hydrotechnical Construction between 1971 and 1976, and who are currently contributing to the development of our country, visited our alma mater.
During their visit, the guests became closely acquainted with the large-scale reforms carried out at the university in recent years, modern learning conditions, scientific and innovative advancements, and the progress in the education system. Each innovation filled them with a sense of pride and admiration.
In particular, the ecxursion to the university museum evoked special emotions among the visitors. The historical exhibits, old documents, and memorabilia preserved there seemed to take them back to their youth and the most sincere moments of student life. Every corner reflected vivid pages of the past.
The fact that today our university holds a high status not only nationally but also internationally inspired a great sense of pride and satisfaction among the guests.

During the visit, the alumni shared their sincere wishes with current students studying in the field of Hydrotechnical Construction. They encouraged young people to be diligent in their studies, devoted to their profession, to thoroughly master modern technologies, and to work selflessly for the prosperity of the country. They also shared valuable advice based on their life experiences.
In addition, the meeting organized with the university rector was held in a warm and friendly atmosphere. During this dialogue, issues such as further improving the quality of education, strengthening intergenerational cooperation, and developing relations with alumni were discussed. The meeting left everyone with a positive mood and high spirits.
