An important meeting was held at the “TIIAME” National Research University. This meeting was organized within the framework of implementing the Resolution No. PD-122 of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated April 2, 2026 titled “On measures to further improve the system of training engineers in agriculture and water management.”
The meeting was attended by Deputy Director of the Republican Cadastre Agency Abdushukur Hamidovich Abdullaev and Chairman of the State Cadastre Chamber Mohir Kamolovich Valiev, who met with the Rector of the University, Bakhadir Suyunovich Mirzaev.
During the meeting, the following priority areas were discussed:
– organizing 6-month paid internships for students;
– establishing mobile practical training sessions and joint classes at industrial organizations;
– organizing research activities for master’s and doctoral students at department branches;
– forming dissertation topics based on real production issues and announcing scientific projects;
– establishing a Cadastre Agency scholarship.
The tasks outlined during the meeting will serve to strengthen the integration of education, science, and industry as considered in Resolution PD-122, to train practice-oriented specialists, and to implement scientific solutions in the field.
This dialogue is of great importance in elevating future cooperation to a new level, enhancing students’ practical skills, and harmonizing scientific research with industry.
