A series of important events were held at the "'TIIAME" National Research University within the framework of cooperation with “Uzbekhydroenergo” JSC.

First of all, a cooperation memorandum was signed between the two parties, reaching an agreement to further strengthen the integration of education and industry, expand practical opportunities for students, and support scientific and innovative activities. This document will contribute to the effective organization of students’ industrial internships, employment of graduates, development of startup projects, and the introduction of modern knowledge in the field of hydropower.
In addition, the Chairman of the Board of “Uzbekhydroenergo” JSC, Islom Abdurakhmonov, held an open dialogue with university students. During the meeting, detailed information was provided about the company’s activities, перспективные (prospective) projects, as well as internship and employment opportunities. Students actively participated by asking questions of interest and sharing their proposals and initiatives. As an incentive for talented students, 10 HP laptops and 5 modern smartphones were presented.
At the end of the open dialogue, a number of practical decisions were made for the benefit of students. These included organizing the “Best Knowledgeable Reader” competition, establishing a startup center, increasing the number of named scholarships, expanding internship opportunities, arranging excursions to construction sites, and creating additional conditions for students. At the same time, instructions were given to ensure employment for a group of actively participating students.
As part of the events, the Chairman of the Board of “Uzbekhydroenergo” JSC and the university rector planted an ornamental tree, which was recognized as a symbolic expression of bilateral cooperation.
This cooperation serves to strengthen the connection between education and industry, support young people, and create new opportunities for them.
