“TIIAME” National Research University has launched a strategic partnership with Minospace (China) in the field of satellite technologies.

A high-level meeting was held at the “TIIAME” National Research University with the participation of the university rector Bakhadir Mirzaev and Huan Yiheng, co-founder of the Chinese company Minospace.
During the meeting, the parties discussed priority areas of cooperation in aerospace technologies, satellite engineering, the installation of space data receiving antennas, and digital monitoring systems for water resources and agriculture.
As a result of the negotiations, an agreement was reached to implement joint projects on the development and launch of university satellites in cooperation with relevant government bodies, including the ministries of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
The planned satellite projects will cover the following areas:
remote sensing of irrigated lands
monitoring and forecasting of water resource conditions
implementation of precision agriculture technologies
integration with artificial intelligence-based analysis and decision-making systems
This cooperation will further strengthen the university’s scientific and innovative potential and make an important contribution to the development of sustainable water management and smart agriculture in Uzbekistan.
