45-Year reunion of graduates, who studied at "Hydromelioration" Faculty (1976–1981)

On April 4, 2026, a reunion was held at the “TIIAME” National Research University for graduates, who studied at "Hydromelioration" Faculty from 1976 to 1981, marking 45 years since their graduation.
The reunion coincided harmoniously with the Navruz celebration events being held at the National Research University. More than 60 graduates participated in this memorable gathering.
During the visit, the guests were accompanied by Faculty Dean J.Q. Ishchanov and Professors R.R. Ergashev and B.Sh. Matyakubov. The alumni expressed their admiration for the university’s achievements in recent years.
They were especially impressed by the university’s historical and modern museums, the extensive opportunities created for students in the Information Resource Center (library), and the establishment of the Abdulla Oripov Museum.
A warm meeting with Rector Bakhadir Suyunovich Mirzaev in the university’s assembly hall, along with a brief presentation on the university’s future prospects, left a deep impression on the graduates.
The event also welcomed the alumni’s beloved teachers, including Professor M.R. Bakiev, Professor B.K. Saliev, and Associate Professors Khalima Rakhmatova and Bakhtiyor Kodirov. The teachers expressed pride in their former students and shared sincere and heartfelt remarks.
In their speeches, the graduates emphasized the high level of organization of the reunion and presented a table tennis set as a commemorative gift to the students currently studying at the Faculty of Hydromelioration.
