Women scientists -the driving force of the nation’s future

In February-March, 2026 Temirova Zokhida Ilkhomjononovna, a doctoral candidate of “Professional Education” Department, conducted experimental research at Almalyk State Technical Institute.
As part of her research work titled “Improving the Methodology for Developing Students’ Creative Abilities (on the Example of Technical Universities),” an online survey titled “Creativity Assessment” was organized in cooperation with the “Social and Humanitarian Sciences” department of the Faculty of Mining at Almalyk State Technical Institute. The survey involved students from the following academic programs:
Mining Engineering (60720800)
Mining Electrical Mechanics (60721200)
Geology, Exploration and Prospecting of Mineral Deposits (60720900)
Environmental Engineering (60711800)
Within the framework of the research, experimental studies were carried out and positive scientific results were obtained. Based on these findings, scientific-methodological recommendations and approaches were developed, which effectively contribute to students’ personal development and the enhancement of their integrated creative abilities by combining various modes of thinking.

The research activities left a strong positive impression on both students and faculty members, providing them with valuable and engaging insights. The academic community expressed their appreciation to doctoral candidate Zokhida Temirova, wishing her continued success in her future endeavors and inviting her to return again. They also extended their support in her pursuit of obtaining a Doctor of Science (DSc) degree.
