LUPIC project, RoboticsWare-DEISC Course: Intensive Training by Korean Specialists

On March 16, 17, and 18, 2026 an intensive course titled “RW-DEISC Course for Robotics and Business 1st Level” was organized at the "TIIAME" National Research University by Korean scientists.
This event was held in cooperation with Keimyung College University, South Korea. The program was implemented within the framework of the international project Capacity Building, LUPIC “Leading Universities International Program for Cooperation” (2024–2029). From Uzbekistan, the project is coordinated by the university rector, Professor Mirzaev Bakhadir Suyunovich.

The intensive course was conducted by Professor JeongJun Lee, Deputy CEO of Roboticsware. During the course, practical recommendations and proposals were presented on establishing activities within the DEISC (Digital Education Innovation Support Centre). These included digital education development, women’s employment, increasing income opportunities, entrepreneurship, start up creation, and business planning.
Main areas of the course:
Digital Education and Innovation:
Introducing digital teaching methods into the educational process and creating effective learning systems.
Women’s Support and Entrepreneurship:
Ensuring employment for women, female students, and female professors in society, increasing their income, and promoting entrepreneurship.
Startups and Business Planning:
Developing startup projects, creating business plans, and supporting entrepreneurial initiatives.
The course was held in the computer lab of the university’s Information Resource Center, focusing on enhancing the educational capacity of the DEISC center.
A total of 30 participants attended the event, including students and faculty members. Among them were project member and DEISC center coordinator, Associate Professor of the English Department Guzal Eshchanova, a group of female students from the English Philology program of the Faculty of Economics, teachers from the English Department, and female professors from the faculties of Land Resource Management and Cadastre, as well as Energy.
This course aimed to strengthen digital education, develop entrepreneurial skills, and support startup initiatives. In particular, it created new opportunities for women and girls and contributed to their economic empowerment.
At the end of the program, 30 participants who successfully completed the intensive course were awarded with international certificates by the Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs of the university, Professor Khudayarov Bakhtiyor Alimovich.
The knowledge and skills gained during the course are expected to make a significant contribution to the future development of education, scientific collaboration, and innovative activities. The event marked an important step in expanding the university’s international cooperation and strengthening its leadership in digital education.
