Scientific research – another step toward higher qualification!

In January–February, 2026 the results of the dissertation prepared by Temirova Zokhida Ilxomjonovna, a doctoral researcher (basic PhD student) at the University, were tested and implemented in practice at Jizzakh Polytechnic Institute. Her dissertation, titled “Improving the Methodology for Developing Students’ Creative Abilities (on the Example of Technical Higher Education Institutions)”, was prepared for obtaining the Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in the specialty 13.00.05 – Theory and Methodology of Vocational Education.
Within the educational process of the Faculty of Transport Engineering at Jizzakh Polytechnic Institute, experimental and control groups were formed among students of the 60711400 – Transport Vehicle Engineering and 60712300 – Mechanical Engineering programs, and experimental research work was carried out.
Based on the results of Z.I. Temirova’s scientific research, scientific and methodological recommendations were developed. These recommendations contributed to improving the preparation of students of higher education institutions in methodological activities across all fields of study. They also supported the formation of integrated creative abilities by combining elements of rational-logical and intuitive-imaginative thinking, helping students achieve personal development within the teaching and learning process.
Positive results were obtained, and work is currently underway to summarize the outcomes within the framework of the research.
