Khosiyat Ishboyevna Khujamkulova was awarded by specialists of “Uzbekhydroenergo” JSC

On the occasion of March 8 – International Women’s Day, on March 5, 2026 Khosiyat Ishboyevna Khujamkulova, Senior Lecturer of the Department of Management and Tourism, was honorably recognized by specialists of “Uzbekhydroenergo” JSC.
Although K.I. Khujamkulova began her pedagogical career at the National Research University “TIIAME” in 2005, prior to that she had 16 years of professional experience in various organizations. She worked as a leading economist at the “Tupalangsuvqurilish” Administration, Head of the Financial and Economic Department at “Sariosiyosuvqurilish” JSC, Leading Economist at “Topalang HPD Water Construction” UK under “Topalang HPD Holding” LLC, and Head of the Department of Economic Analysis and Planning at “Construction Directorate No. 4” LLC, which operates under “Uzbekhydroenergo” JSC.
Currently, the former industry specialist works at the Department of Management and Tourism at "TIIAME" National Research University, where she shares her scientific and practical knowledge with students. She is also the author of more than 120 scientific and methodological works, including 10 articles published in SCOPUS-indexed journals, 4 monographs, 12 учебно-methodological manuals (textbooks), 28 articles published in national and international scientific journals recognized by the Higher Attestation Commission, and more than 50 theses and scientific papers presented at international scientific and practical conferences.
During the visit, the representatives of “Uzbekhydroenergo” JSC congratulated K.I. Khujamkulova on the holiday and also answered questions from students. They emphasized that in the future students would be invited to participate in internships, practical training, and professional orientation programs, as well as opportunities to sign cooperation memorandums and establish partnerships. They also noted that open-door days are held regularly at all regional branches of the company, where experienced specialists will be assigned to guide students and provide practical training.
