A visit to the Republican Children's Library

On March 3, 2026 students of Group 147 of "Economics" Faculty, majoring in "Philology and Language Teaching: English", visited the Republican Children's Library as a practical lesson within the framework of the topic “Home.”
The visit was organized under the supervision of "English language" Department teachers Omonova Laylo and Ergasheva Nasiba. During the event, the students became closely acquainted with the library’s modern reading halls, the comfortable conditions created for children and its rich collection of literature.
Based on the topic “Home,” the students held discussions in English about the concepts of home, family environment, and a cozy place, and analyzed the library environment as an educational and spiritual “second home.” In addition, their speaking skills were strengthened through interactive tasks and communication exercises.
This visit contributed not only to the development of the students’ language competence, but also to enhancing their reading culture.
