At the initiative of the Public Security University of the Republic of Uzbekistan, a national scientific and practical conference was held on the topic “Prospects for the Development of Military Psychology: Problems and Solutions.”

The event brought together leading scholars, professors, researchers, and specialists in the field, who exchanged views on developing military psychology based on modern approaches and on strengthening the integration of education and practice.

Within the framework of the conference, and with the aim of establishing systematic bilateral cooperation, stabilizing the quality of education, and enhancing scientific potential, a memorandum of mutual cooperation was signed between the rector of our university, B. Mirzaev, and the rector of the Public Security University of the Republic of Uzbekistan, M.Kh. Rustambaev.

The signed memorandum covers the following priority areas:

— implementation of joint research projects in military psychology and professional education;

— introduction of advanced pedagogical and psychological technologies into the educational process;

— development of a system for improving experience and qualifications through the exchange of professors and researchers;

— organization of joint conferences, seminars, training sessions, and master classes;

— improvement of educational and methodological support and the development of modern teaching materials.

During the conference, the Head of the Department of Professional Education, D.I. Muqumova, also actively participated, providing a scientific analysis of existing problems in the field of military psychology and putting forward proposals and recommendations aimed at their practical solutions.

Overall, the scientific and practical conference was organized at a high level. The signed memorandum was recognized as an important strategic document that will elevate cooperation between the two higher education institutions to a new stage and contribute to further strengthening the quality of education and scientific potential.
