A significant meeting was held at "TIIAME" National Research University with the delegation of Lomonosov Moscow State University. The delegation, led by Academician V.L. Kvint, Head of the Department of Economic and Financial Strategies at Lomonosov Moscow State University and foreign member of the Russian Academy of Sciences, visited the university on February 21. The visit was also accompanied by A.A. Abdukakhimov, Advisor to the President of Uzbekistan on environmental issues and Chairman of the National Committee for Ecology and Climate Change.
During the visit, the guests familiarized themselves with the university’s history museum and received detailed information about the university’s academic potential, scientific activities, and international cooperation directions.
A large-scale meeting was organized with the participation of representatives of ministries and agencies, university rectors, and professors. During the meeting, Academician V.L. Kvint delivered a meaningful lecture on “Strategy Theory and Strategic Planning,” sharing modern approaches to strategic management and global development trends.
At the end of the event, Academician V.L. Kvint’s scientific and educational contributions were highly recognized. He was awarded the “Excellent in Higher Education” badge by the Minister of Higher Education, Science and Innovation of Uzbekistan. Additionally, he was awarded the title of Honorary Professor of "TIIAME" National Research University by the Minister of Water Resources of Uzbekistan and the Rector of the university.
The meeting became an important step toward strengthening international academic cooperation and further developing strategic partnerships in the higher education system of the country.
