The meeting was attended by the university administration, faculty members, and representatives of the public.
First, the candidates presented their programs aimed at further developing the activities of the Women’s Council, protecting women’s rights and interests, and increasing their social engagement.
The election process was organized based on the principles of openness and transparency. As a result of the secret ballot, Umida Ravshanovna Sangirova, Associate Professor of the Department of Economics, was elected as the Chair of the University Women’s Affairs Council and Advisor to the Rector.
