Innovative cooperation in Higher Education: Experimental and Pilot work based on a Synergetic Approach

Within the framework of the scientific research titled “Improving the Methodology of teaching specialized subjects in Higher Education Institutions based on a Synergetic Approach,” basic doctoral student of the “Professional Education” Department at the National Research University “Tashkent Institute of Irrigation and Agricultural Mechanization Engineers,” Shovazova Olimakhon Adkhamovna, in collaboration with her academic supervisor, Associate Professor Dilrabo Inatovna Muqumova, conducted experimental and pilot work at Jizzakh branch of Mirzo Ulugbek National University of Uzbekistan from November 18, 2025 to January 31, 2026.
The experimental processes were carried out at the university, "Economics and Tourism" Faculty during academic classes in the educational programs 60410100 – Economics and 61010100 – Tourism and Hospitality, with the participation of professors and instructors. Discussions were also held on plans for preparing teaching and methodological work based on a new scientific approach the synergetic approach. Within the scope of the research, more than 120 students participated in surveys as respondents.
The results obtained within the framework of the experiment showed that classes organized on the basis of a synergetic approach ensured active student engagement in the learning process, strengthened mechanisms of group work and mutual cooperation, and created opportunities to improve methodological approaches in mastering specialized subjects.
