We say "no" to gambling

On January 31, 2026 in Hall No. 2 of our university, a preventive discussion and awareness session was held among students of "Ecology and Law" Faculty on the topic of avoiding electronic gambling games such as “1xbet” and “cryptocurrency” games, and the severe consequences they may cause. The session was conducted by the faculty dean Kh. Pirmatov, the Rector’s Advisor on Stabilizing the Social and Moral Environment A. Abdusamatov, as well as university preventive inspectors F. Khamidov and B. Jo‘rayev.
Bookmaking games are based on gambling and, in the long term, lead to financial losses, debt, psychological addiction, and family problems. Cryptocurrency-related games, in turn, cause loss of time and money due to market instability, loss of investment, and the illusion of “getting rich quickly.” In both cases, they negatively affect a person’s mental state, social life, and future.
Therefore, instead of engaging in such games, relying on education, honest labor, and safe sources of income is considered the most правильный and appropriate path.
