Prevention of drug abuse

On January 27, 2026 a round-table discussion titled “Prevention of Drug Abuse Among Students and Combating Organized Crime” was held at the "Tashkent Institute of Irrigation and Agricultural Mechanization Engineers" National Research University, Faculty of Agricultural Mechanization. The event was attended by the Dean’s Advisor on Women’s Affairs E. Ganiboyeva, Prevention Inspector Bobur Jorayev, Teacher-educator S. Mukhrumboyeva and students.
During the event, B. Jorayev delivered a speech highlighting the problems encountered among young people as a result of the negative consequences of drug abuse. Addressing the students, recommendations were given on making effective use of the opportunities created at the university for gaining knowledge and moral education.
During the roundtable discussion, students received comprehensive answers to the questions that interested them.
