Faculty year-end report

On December 23, 2025 a year-end report meeting of "Hydromelioration" Faculty members, “TIIAME” National Research University was held. One of the most important requirements placed on the education system for the comprehensive development of young people is the training of competent specialists who are creative, capable of independent thinking, and able to organize interpersonal relations.
The Dean of the Faculty, J. Ishchanov, delivered a presentation and report on the work carried out in 2025. Based on Order No. 93/f of the Rector of “TIIAME” National Research University, dated November 28, 2025, the Vice-Rector for Research and Innovation, Prof. Sh. Shokirov, together with the Dean of "Hydromelioration" Faculty, J. Ishchanov, recognized the achievements of the faculty members and departments of the Faculty of Hydromelioration. Their work in 2025 on organizing research and innovation activities, training scientific and pedagogical personnel, working with talented students, and introducing research results into the educational and production processes was acknowledged through various nominations, and certificates were awarded.
At the meeting, faculty members were also honored by the university administration for their dedicated efforts in 2025 toward organizing research and innovation activities, training scientific and pedagogical staff, working with gifted students, and implementing research results into the educational and production processes.
