International cooperation and scientific exchange with a Turkish University

PhD and Associate Professor Farruhbek Babajanov of "Hydraulics and Hydroinformatics" 'Departmment , along with Assistant Muzaffar Khaliqulov of the "General Technical Sciences" Department were awarded short-term international research internships for young scientists in the 2025 competition organized by the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation of the Republic of Uzbekistan. They are currently undergoing a one-month scientific internship at Balıkesir University in the city of Balıkesir, Republic of Türkiye, from November 24, 2025 to December 24, 2025.
The purpose of this research internship is to study software development for designing water-saving irrigation technologies, improve management of agricultural water resources, and become familiar with modern mechanical processing methods, gaining practical skills for their effective implementation.
This international internship serves as an important factor in strengthening scientific cooperation between the "TIIAME" National Research University and foreign higher education institutions, as well as in mastering advanced international practices. As a result of this collaboration, young researchers gain opportunities to develop new scientific ideas, practical skills, and innovative approaches for sustainable development.
