First step toward a career -visit of representatives from Türkiye’s “Temelsu International Engineering Inc.” International Engineering Consultancy Company

In order to fulfill the tasks outlined in Presidential Decree No. PD-42 of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated December 10, 2021, “On measures for fundamentally improving the system of training engineering personnel for economic sectors based on innovation and digitalization,” the "TIIAME" National Research University organized a “Career Day” event on December 1, 2025 with the participation of representatives from international organizations to support employment of graduating students by utilizing their intellectual potential.
At the invitation of "Mechanization of Hydromeliorative Works" Department, representatives of Türkiye’s international engineering consultancy company Temelsu International Engineering Inc. attended the event. During the program, a meeting was held with students of the “Mechanization of Water Management and Land Reclamation Works” educational program, with the participation of Bahodir Boz, Director of the company's Uzbekistan office, and Baran Güç, Chief Specialist on irrigation and land reclamation issues.
During the meeting, students received detailed information about global and Uzbekistan-based projects implemented in the field of water management, existing challenges within these projects, and the measures taken to address them. In addition, the company representatives explained the knowledge, skills, and competencies required from students aspiring to start a career at their organization.
A question-and-answer session was held, allowing students to discuss topics of interest. Those wishing to find employment in their home regions were advised to contact the company’s responsible representatives and determine their next steps.
