Today at our university there was held the following meeting of the Scientific Council No. 3.

At the beginning of the meeting, the achievements made over the past month were specially acknowledged. In particular, six professors and teachers were formally awarded the academic title of Associate Professor and one researcher received the academic degree of Doctor of Philosophy (PhD).
Additionally, for their active achievements in scientific and educational fields, Laylo Makhmudova, a student of "Hydromelioration" Faculty and Boburjon Turdibekov, a student of "Hydrotechnical Construction" Faculty were awarded with the scholarship of the Minister of Water Resources of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
During the event, important issues related to the university scientific and methodological activities, youth affairs, improving the quality of education, strengthening international cooperation, and enhancing the performance of structural departments were discussed. At the end of the meeting, priority tasks for the upcoming period were identified.
