National costumes —the beauty of our nation

It is no coincidence that our people say modern outfits made from traditional fabrics such as atlas, adras, and beqasam are the adornment of our nation.
A national costume is the face, the spirit, and the cultural heritage passed down from the past of every people. It reflects the lifestyle, nature, traditions, and spiritual worldview of the nation. Therefore, a national costume is not just clothing it is considered a symbol that represents the beauty, honor, and pride of our nation.
On November 28, 2025 the professors and teachers of "Land Resources and Cadastre" Faculty held a National Costume Day on the theme “National costumes - the beauty of our nation.” All our female students and faculty members took an active part in the event.
