During the event, students were provided with detailed information about the large-scale reforms being implemented in New Uzbekistan, the essence and significance of the newly revised Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan, as well as the important amendments and additions introduced to it.

In addition, in connection with the 33rd anniversary of the adoption of the Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan, discussions were held about contributing to the improvement of legal culture and literacy among the population. This will be achieved through awareness-raising activities organized in university faculties, schools in Tashkent city, local communities (mahallas), and other educational institutions. For this purpose, special advocacy groups were formed from among the students.

At the end of the seminar, it was agreed that within the framework of the “Legal Literacy Month,” the legal awareness activities on the topic “New Uzbekistan and Human Rights” would continue and expand further with the active participation of our students.

The head of the Department of Legal Sciences, H. Tokhtashev, along with the faculty members, emphasized that all students should take an active role in this important process.
