Master class on “Leadership Skills” was conducted for Turkmen students by Representatives from the Philippines

It is known, the Philippines is one of the largest English-speaking countries in the world, with a rich history that reflects a blend of Asian, European, and American cultural influences. The professional expertise of Filipinos in leadership, language competence, and English-language teaching methodologies is highly valued at the international level.
On November 19,2025 a Master class titled “Leadership Skills” was conducted by representatives of the Philippines for students of 144 and 118 groups of "English Philology" study program at "Economics"Faculty of our university.

During the masterclass, students engaged in practical sessions on:
✔️ leadership skills
✔️ effective communication in English
✔️ international networking
✔️ teamwork and group management
This event not only enhanced leadership skills, but also strengthened international cooperation and networking between the youth of Turkmenistan and the Philippines. It provided an opportunity for practical experience exchange in learning English. Students actively took part, asked questions, and further improved their spoken English skills through direct communication with foreign specialists.
The event was organized at the faculty branch of the "Professional Development Center", which operates within an international project in cooperation with the British Council, on the initiative of Associate Professor G. Eshchanova of the "English Language" Department.
