Health is one of the greatest blessings in human life. A healthy person can achieve any goal, work productively for the benefit of society, and enjoy life to the fullest. That is why our people wisely say, “Health is an invaluable treasure.”

When health is lost, no other blessing wealth, fame, or status can hold true value. Therefore, every person must take care of their health and pay serious attention to preventive measures.

Health is the foundation of life and the greatest wealth of every individual. Protecting it is not only a personal responsibility but also a duty to society as a whole.

Under the motto “A healthy body — a healthy mind, a healthy mind - a healthy society!”, a free medical examination was organized at our university for students. To date, nearly 700 first-year students have undergone medical checkups. Students who required treatment were referred to the 9th Family Polyclinic, where they are currently receiving care.

This medical initiative was held at "Ecology and Law" Faculty of "Tashkent Institute of Irrigation and Agricultural Mechanization Engineers" National Research University, aimed at monitoring students’ health and maintaining regular medical attention.

The event was initiated by the university administration as part of its efforts to strengthen students’ health and create favorable living and learning conditions.

Currently, the first-year students are being examined by specialists from the Mirzo Ulugbek district 9th Family Polyclinic in eight areas: therapist, neurologist, dentist, ophthalmologist, gynecologist, endocrinologist, ENT (ear, nose, and throat), and surgeon.

During the checkups, students’ overall health conditions including blood pressure, heart function, vision, and hearing — are being thoroughly assessed. In addition, useful advice is being provided on vitamin intake, prevention of seasonal illnesses, proper nutrition, and personal hygiene.

This initiative reflects the university’s practical care and attention toward student health, helping them feel supported and valued. The event became an important step toward creating a healthy, active, and positive learning environment.

Students expressed their sincere gratitude to the university administration for such attention and care.
