Scientific and Practical recommendations on efficient use of water for farmers

In order to ensure the implementation of the tasks defined in the Presidential Decree of August 15, 2025 “On Approval of the Program for Water Resources Management and Development of the Irrigation Sector in the Republic of Uzbekistan for 2025–2028”, a field seminar on the topic “Innovative Methods of Crop Cultivation Using Digital Technologies and Mobile Laboratories” was held with the participation of representatives of Buka District Administration, the Water Management Department, and local farmers.
At the seminar, information was provided on:

the composition and functions of the Melioration Mobile Laboratory, which makes it possible to determine the reclamation condition of irrigated lands,
-
irrigation regimes for crops,
-
the drip irrigation method and its technical elements,
-
and the online platform designed to provide information on irrigation and land reclamation.
In addition, a demonstration was conducted on an experimental plot of maize cultivation.
