“Aral Sea – 2025” seventh summer school has been started at the “German-Kazakh University”

The 7th Aral Sea Summer School is being held from August 15–24, 2025. More than 1,200 applicants from Central Asian countries submitted documents for participation and 13 of the best candidates were selected. From our university, PhD candidates Erali Abdumajidov and Zulfiya Kannazarova are taking part.
Within the program, lectures, seminars and practical sessions will be conducted by leading professors from prestigious universities around the world. In addition, a scientific excursion to the “Small Aral Sea” in Kazakhstan is also planned.
The main goal of the Summer School is to develop scientific cooperation among young researchers in Central Asia, prepare future joint projects and scientific articles, and strengthen academic exchange.
