Traditional Eastern Family Values

On May 17, 2025 a roundtable discussion on the topic “Traditional Eastern Family” was held with female students at the 3rd Student Dormitory of the "TIIAME" National Research University. The event was attended by psychologist D. Yusupova, specializing in women’s issues, and Associate Professor F. Sodiqova from the “Professional Education” department. A psychological survey on family-related topics was conducted among the students.
The family is sacred, it is one of the most important values in a person’s life. It is not only the foundational unit of society but also a school where an individual's upbringing, values, and moral qualities are formed.
The family serves as the first institution of education, where values such as honesty, patriotism, and moral conduct are first instilled.
“The family is the root of the tree of life; just as a tree cannot live without roots, a person cannot live a happy life without a family.” This and other meaningful ideas were shared during the roundtable discussion.
