International experience: a demand of the times

The first day of a professional development and internship program has begun at the University of Jyväskylä, one of the top 500 internationally ranked universities of Finland.
Leaders and academic staff from higher education institutions across the republic, working in the field of higher education, are undergoing training in the area of "Pedagogical technologies and Teaching Mastery (Innovations in Scientific Research)", organized jointly by Finland and Sweden, in collaboration with the Institute for Retraining and Advanced Training of Personnel in the Higher Education System and the Nordic International University.
Among the participants, Dr. Zukhra Karabaevna Ismailova, Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences and a professor at the 'TIIAME" National Research University. The training program will continue in Finland and Sweden until May 13, 2025.
