Pedagogical mastery - the core and essence of the education system

Numerous studies and projects are being carried out worldwide to develop the education system, with particular emphasis on improving all components of pedagogical professional training.
In particular, in higher education institutions specializing in technical fields, it is of great importance to enhance the intellectual potential of future teachers, enrich their worldviews, introduce them to innovative teaching technologies, new teaching forms, methods, and tools, and familiarize them with the essence of professional skills and creative abilities. This plays a crucial role in the development of future educators.
Currently, third-year students of “Professional Education (Land Cadastre and Land Management)” program are strengthening their pedagogical skills through practical exercises with Professor Durdona Mustafoeva of “Professional Education” department. They are testing their ability to approach lessons creatively and deliver information to the classroom in an engaging way as part of their creative work.
