Scientific Internship of a Kazakhstan doctoral student

On April 25, 2025 at “Tashkent Institute of Irrigation and Agricultural Mechanization Engineers” National Research University, Sh.B. Bayjhanova, a third-year doctoral student from M. Auezov South Kazakhstan University, began her scientific internship. During this period, Associate Professor I. R. Nuritov, Candidate of Technical Sciences from the “Tractors and Automobiles” Department, was appointed as her academic supervisor.
The main goal of the internship is to deepen scientific knowledge in the field of innovative technologies in the production of functional food products, to improve research methodology, to collect and analyze empirical data, as well as to establish scientific relations with foreign specialists in this field.
An introduction to the university was conducted by Professor B. Khudayarov, Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs of the “Tashkent Institute of Irrigation and Agricultural Mechanization Engineers” National Research University. He presented the university's structure and the latest achievements of students and faculty members, and explained that the university ranked 547th in the 2025 QS Global Rankings and held first place among higher education institutions in Uzbekistan.
Vice-Rector for Scientific Research and Innovation, Doctor of Technical Sciences Sh. S. Shokirov, familiarized the guest with the university's scientific direction and its various scientific research laboratories.
Associate Professor K. A. Shavazov, Dean of the Faculty of Agricultural Mechanization, and Associate Professor M. O. Amonov, Head of the “Tractors and Automobiles” Department, introduced the department's academic and methodological work, as well as the scientific directions of the faculty’s leading scholars.
