A meeting was held at "TIIAME" National Research University with Catalin Stefan, the head of the research group from the prestigious Technical University Drezden, Germany.
During the meeting with the University Rector, issues related to further developing the cooperation between the two higher education institutions were discussed.
The parties signed a memorandum of cooperation to expand scientific research projects, establish joint academic programs, and collaborate in the areas of water resource management, environmental protection, and sustainable development.
Additionally, opportunities to apply for joint projects with renowned German scientific foundations such as DAAD, BMBF, and DFG were discussed.
The meeting also provided information about the opportunities for graduates of the master's program at "TIIAME" National Research University to pursue doctoral programs at Technische Universität Dresden. Catalin Stefan shared detailed information on available grants and scholarships for these programs, as well as advanced research areas for doctoral studies.
