Uzbek skullcap – a symbol of national Identity

On March 13, 2025 psychologist M. Mukhammedova and tutors of "Ecology and Law"Faculty, Kh. Saidova and D. Khudoynazarova along with the first-year students of 109-109a-110-111-112 groups of "Philology" study program, held a seminar-training on the topic "The Secrets of Uzbek National Skullcaps."
Uzbek skullcap is considered an integral part of the rich cultural heritage of our people. They have a positive influence not only on aesthetic beauty but also on self-awareness, mental, and psychological well-being. When we wear our national attire, we feel a connection to our ancestors, which enhances national pride and self-confidence. Moreover, the preservation and promotion of our national values and traditions is of great importance for increasing spirituality and enlightenment in our society.
