Congratulation with the Holiday: Developing knowledge and spirituality

When we say that women, standing side by side with men, are working selflessly for the development of society, it is not an exaggeration.
Because they are the intellectuals, who have made an incomparable contribution to the development of knowledge and education, awakening bright aspirations in the hearts of youth. They serve selflessly in the field of education and upbringing, guiding the future generation towards great dreams. Thanks to their hard work, research, and compassion, many young people have reached great heights and contributed to the prosperity of our society.
Among the women who are tirelessly working to create a bright future, enduring the trials of life and strengthening both mentally and physically, the women of our university hold a special place.
One of them is Senior Lecturer Rano Tukhtayevna Kodirova. She stands out for her responsibility, organization, and initiative in her work. Her students revere her as a mentor.
She was born in 1968 in Bukhara region. In 1986, she entered the Tashkent State Institute of Foreign Languages, graduating in the specialty of "French language."
In 2007, she completed a retraining course at the Higher Pedagogical Institute of Uzbekistan and gained the right to teach the Uzbek language.
In 2010, she took a professional retraining course at the Professional Development Center of the Uzbekistan State World Languages University and obtained the qualification of "English language" teacher.
Rano Kodirova passionately says about her professional activity:
Yes, dear ones, I am a happy woman who has achieved the career I loved and dreamed of. Since my youth, I dreamed of becoming a teacher. I wanted to give knowledge and light to innocent hearts that did not know how to read and write, to teach them how to live in the world, how to dream and achieve those dreams, how to live happily and in a meaningful way. I am grateful that I have achieved my great dream. I love my profession with all my heart.”
She began her work in 1995 as a methodologist at the "Descriptive Geometry" department of the Tashkent Institute of Irrigation and Mechanization of Agriculture.
Throughout her career, she has worked as a teacher of the Uzbek language at the academic lyceum in 1996, a teacher at the "Uzbek Language" department in 2001, and a senior teacher at the "Uzbek and Foreign Languages" department in 2003.
Since 2016, she has been working as a senior teacher at "English Language" department and as a teacher at "Uzbek Language" department. During her academic-pedagogical activity, Rano Tukhtayevna has published over 120 scientific-methodical works, including 126 scientific articles, and 11 teaching-methodical guidelines and manuals.
Throughout her many years in teaching, she has contributed to instilling the National Independence ideology in the minds of students, studying their thoughts about the ongoing reforms in our country, and guiding the intellectual potential of youth towards the prosperity of the homeland and nation. She has contributed to shaping students as well-developed citizens of the new Uzbekistan.
Her efforts have been recognized by the Ministry of Water Resources of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the university rector, receiving more than 24 "Honorary Diplomas," "Certificates of Appreciation," and "Honorary Diplomas."
Rano Kodirova has been collaborating with the Heydar Aliyev Azerbaijani Cultural Center under the Azerbaijani Embassy in Uzbekistan for 12 years, organizing spiritual-educational and cultural events. She has established scientific contacts with Azerbaijani universities, actively participating in scientific conferences and publishing scientific articles. For her services in strengthening friendly relations between Azerbaijan and Uzbekistan, she has been awarded honorary certificates and diplomas by the Azerbaijani Ambassador to Uzbekistan, Guseyn Rzagulu oglu Guliyev.
In addition, she is a member of the "Uzbekistan-Azerbaijan" friendship society, and a board member of the "Uzbekistan-Azerbaijan Relations Development and Interorganizational Cooperation Center in Turkic-speaking countries."
Since 2012, she has been actively working as the chairperson of the Women’s Council of the Faculty of Economics.
