A Heart-to-Heart Conversation with Married Female Students

On January 20, 2025, a conversation on the topic "Open Your Heart to Me" was organized at Student Dormitory N.1 by F. Yunusova, the Dean’s Advisor of the Faculty of Hydraulic Engineering at "Tashkent Institute of Irrigation and Agricultural Mechanization Engineers" National Research University, D. Khursandova, the faculty tutor and N. Torakulova, the educator-pedagogue of the 1st student dormitory. The purpose was to understand the personal, family, and academic challenges faced by married female students residing at the dormitory and to provide them with assistance. The session involved 404-group student Saburova Venera and 409-group student Isoqulova Parizoda. In order to help them balance their academic and family responsibilities, the following recommendations were provided:
- Creating a daily schedule and prioritizing tasks
- Using techniques to reduce stress, such as breathing exercises, meditation, and listening to music
- Advice on how to seek help from family members or friends when needed.
The session aimed to offer support to the students in managing their multiple responsibilities more effectively.
